Dear Parents,

I would like to share with you some essential information which you need to be aware of should your child feel unwell either at home or in school. The following steps must be followed:

At Home
Should your child feel sick before coming to school:
• Do not come to school
• Notify the school of your child’s absence and the reason for their absence
• Should your child present with COVID-19 like symptoms please go directly for a COVID-19 PCR test
• Inform your child’s Head of School as soon as you receive the test result
• The Head of School will advise you with regard to the next steps.

At School
Should your child feel sick when they are in school they must do the following:
• Tell the nearest adult that they feel unwell
• They will be taken to the school’s Isolation Room (B19) by an adult who will then contact the School Doctor
• The School Doctor will conduct an assessment and inform parents immediately
• Take your child directly for a COVID-19 PCR test
• Inform your child’s Head of School as soon as you receive the test result
• The Head of School will advise you with regard to the next steps
