Student life at EIS-Jumeirah is varied, challenging, stimulating and highly rewarding. All students at the school are expected to achieve success at all stages of their learning both inside and outside of the classroom. Student's overall well-being is developed in line with the IB learner profile: EISJ leaners are Knowledgeable, Caring, Reflective, Inquirers, Open-Minded, Thinkers, Balanced, Communicators, Risk-Takers and Principled. These characteristics are displayed at school, at home, in the wider community and on-line.
The students have many opportunities to be involved in or to initiate charitable and community development projects both locally and overseas, as well as take part in numerous clubs and societies after school.
Students in the Primary School have several leadership opportunities around school development, including an active student council, positive behaviour managers, 'big buddies' club and newly formed house and deputy captain positions that will take place in 2018/19 in the newly revised House system - watch this space!
