Boys Athletics District Championships - Runners Up 2010

The annual Athletics at Rashid saw the EIS-J continue to improve and be a real force in Dubai Athletics. Well done to all boys who have trained hard and improved this season.
EIS-J finished Runners-Up out of 10 schools (best ever overall school result for us).
We had an amazing 8 District Winners:
- U13 Michael Chinnawong 400m
- U13 Shot Jacqes Coetzee
- U15 Discus Steve El Saleh
- U15 Javelin Steve El Saleh*
- U19 100m Waahid Ally*
- U19 400m Waahid Ally*
- U19 Discus Aboudi Odeh
- U19 Relay – Tony Jongenbeurger, Nik Sommers, Aboudi Odeh & Waahid Ally
*This was then caped off with 3 New District Records to Steve El Saleh U15 Javelin and Waahid Ally – 100m & 400m
We also had an incredible 15 top 3 placings, along with many students performing personal bests.
All students who took part did very well and repaid the hard work the coaches (Mr Williams, Mr Everett & Mr Munnery) have put in as they represented the school with distinction.
